Be Aware of Cheap Business Cards

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. If you pay very little for your cards, the company will be saving money by giving you thin, cheap paper, with bad cutting and registration (your card will be crooked). Many companies will advertise very cheap business card prices to hook you, then they will pad the bill with extra charges. Many times their advertised price will not include artwork or prepress costs.
ONE NOTE: It is not uncommon to find 500 cards with Black ink on regular white paper for under $25 if you supply the camera ready printed artwork. This is your most basic card, and it must have at least 1/4" border on all sides.
Please also remember that if you order alot of cards (10,000+) the price per 500 will drop dramatically. |
